1995 Southwind Storm by Fleetwood 30 in Wilmington, DE

This is a class A, 30 ft 1995 Southwind Storm in great condition and low miles (just over 30,000). I keep it in a fenced in lot in New Castle. It's a mechanic's lot, so any preventative maintenance I've needed has been taken care of in a timely and professional manner.
It took me a while to find this layout with low miles, but I think it's ideal - three rotating captain's chairs in the front, a couch that folds down to sleep two, a dinette booth that converts to sleep one adult or two kids, a full bedroom, separate shower and bathroom, and of course the full kitchen and more storage than you'll likely ever need.
The Onan generator runs great and only has about 100 hours on it, all appliances (oven, stovetop, microwave, shower, water pump, lights, outlets, etc.) all run beautifully.
The 17' awning works great, as do the side awnings over the smaller windows. The shower has a skylight above it, leaving plenty of space for us tall folks. I am just over 6 ft tall and fit perfectly with about a half-foot to spare. Other basics on this RV are the am/fm radio and cassette player, CB radio, cruise control, hydraulic leveling jacks, white/gray/black water tanks, Onan generator, propane tank for major appliances, tons of storage inside the coach (including underneath the bed where my bike fits) and in the cargo spaces below, a screen door and more than enough lights that run off of the two batteries up front, both of which are less than a year old.
